I was just curious as to if there was some sort of weigh in set up for each week. Is there a new thread that is started or what? I saw one already but just wanted to know if there was a new one every week or do we just keep adding on to the one I already saw.
well, since no one's answered you yet (I hate when I see so many people have looked at the page, but don't answer! <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/tongue.gif">) I've only just started coming around here again this last week, but from what I've seen so far, it looks like that one post just gets updated. Although, it would make sense to start a new thread every week or two so everyone's not scrolling through to get to the bottom. ok, i guess i will do my weigh in, being yall don't know who i am <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">. very embarrassed about my weight, but here it goes i guess. as of today at 12:30 i weigh 211... yeah i'm a hefty one. now how does this work? how many days do we wait to weigh in?

Hey, I like this whole weigh in thing, well I "started" the Atkins diet a week ago but I cheated a lot so I'm 2 1/2 days into without cheating and I wanted to post my weight on here too, I'm 133. Atkins Diet is where you control and count your carbohydrates. You are allowed only 20 grams and the first two weeks called Induction you are limited to the "acceptable foods" list which tells you exactly what kind of carbohydrates you can eat. It is a great diet because you definitely do not feel hungry at all, however, I am an herbivore so I have had to down a lot of beef and chicken against my will, it works, haha, but I'm not quite sure how much longer I can take it...in 4 days I've lost 2 lbs.
