Weigh ins

Good Evening,

I was just curious as to if there was some sort of weigh in set up for each week. Is there a new thread that is started or what? I saw one already but just wanted to know if there was a new one every week or do we just keep adding on to the one I already saw.

Re: Weigh ins

well, since no one's answered you yet (I hate when I see so many people have looked at the page, but don't answer! ) I've only just started coming around here again this last week, but from what I've seen so far, it looks like that one post just gets updated. Although, it would make sense to start a new thread every week or two so everyone's not scrolling through to get to the bottom. That's what I'm thinking actually...if there's an existing thread, use it and bump it up, but if it's getting ridiculously long, just start another thread

Hi,

I really dont know how this works...lol. I had planned on posting once a week. But if you want to post anytime that would be alright too.

Re: Weigh ins

Hi Sinnrah,
What people are doing are posting their weight in once a week on the Weigh In Thread, so each week it is updated. But of course you can start your own if you would like.

Re: Weigh ins

Hey, I like this whole weigh in thing, well I "started" the Atkins diet a week ago but I cheated a lot so I'm 2 1/2 days into without cheating and I wanted to post my weight on here too, I'm 133. Okay well hopefully I will post something less next week!!

Re: Weigh ins

Atkins Diet is where you control and count your carbohydrates. You are allowed only 20 grams and the first two weeks called Induction you are limited to the "acceptable foods" list which tells you exactly what kind of carbohydrates you can eat. It is a great diet because you definitely do not feel hungry at all, however, I am an herbivore so I have had to down a lot of beef and chicken against my will, it works, haha, but I'm not quite sure how much longer I can take it...in 4 days I've lost 2 lbs. I hope I helped.
