Re: loosing weight

I don't claim to know a whole lot outside of just plain common sense, but I don't see anything wrong with what you're suggesting. You seem to be pretty realistic about it. Not expecting to lose tons of weight...keep it all reasonable. The only thing you might find is that after a while it doesn't seem to work so well as it does off the start. Might want to shake it up a bit every now and then. Take longer walks, or if your town isn't too flat, go where there's a bit of hillyness (sp) or incline just to make you work a bit harder. Do the odd bit of jogging. The one thing I found with jogging though, is it doesn't have to be miles and miles, which I guess I kind of figured at first. I was told that in my case, my main exercise is walking pushing the stroller, try walking for a few minutes, run for a minute, walk for a few more (lets you catch your breath again ), etc, etc, and if you like it, increase your time jogging as you go through the weeks. I guess because it gets your heart working harder is why it works
Good luck with it
