Hey well I've tried lots of different diets and in all honesty it COMPLETELY depends on the person on which diets work...one that is easy no matter what food you eat is a low calorie diet. Some may disagree with me because you tend to feel hungry a lot but it works and its easy and when I'm motivated I love it. As far as excercising goes just get active...I mean really active, go for a run, powerwalk, go swimming...something active...I do the stairmaster regularly and I used to hate doing it but I found that doing it 20 minutes a day made me more awake, feel better about myself, and eat less...also it is a catalyst for losing weight...good luck, hope I helped!
