What should I do?

I'm wanting to lose weight but I'm unsure of what would work best for results. Anyone have experience with any diets and exercises that work well? I try to eat right with what my parents buy, but sometimes it's not too easy. I walk about every day and do exercise with a swiss ball <~ haven't been doin it too much tho. Just haven't been motivated. Anyone with some motivation for me? It'd mean a lot to me! Thanks for reading this.. hope to hear back soon.

Hey well I've tried lots of different diets and in all honesty it COMPLETELY depends on the person on which diets work...one that is easy no matter what food you eat is a low calorie diet. Some may disagree with me because you tend to feel hungry a lot but it works and its easy and when I'm motivated I love it. As far as excercising goes just get active...I mean really active, go for a run, powerwalk, go swimming...something active...I do the stairmaster regularly and I used to hate doing it but I found that doing it 20 minutes a day made me more awake, feel better about myself, and eat less...also it is a catalyst for losing weight...good luck, hope I helped!
