Has anyone taken the supplement CLA? If so did you notice any kind of cut in BF%? I guess this is supposed to assist bodybuilders when they are cutting for a show. Also does it come in a powder or just a pill form?

I may try out cla soon, after I find out if there is any side effects taking it with ala. I will post the results on here.

ALA in high dosages, I am finding out, is working really well for me.
