I was just wondering if i would get better/faster results if I do some weight training with my cardio? I am doing cardio (treadmill, precor, and ellipticle) 3-4x/week for about 45-60min. I have done weights about 4x with help of the staff of the gym, but when I do not make and appointment to do the weights I just end up skipping them and just do cardio. Will the cardio help with toning? Also out of the 3 cardio that I have listed is one better than the other as in burning calories and overall workout?? Thanks for any info!
