Re: any good results with New Xenadrine?

Here's my story. I started at 6'0 and 235 last fall.I took xenadrine and it really gave me a kick in the butt to get going. I was doing great and got down to about 208 lbs in a few months. I grew weary of what I was reading about X and went off of it and for whatever reason got lazy for a few months and was back at 235 or so. I started getting into a routine Playing basketball and rollerblading (stuff I truly enjoy and know I will continue doing) and than decided to go for that added boost with the ephedrine free version of X. I don't feel jittery and it's working for me as I am down to 205.(220 or so when started taking it)So yes it does work, (at least for me it sped the process up a bit when I plaeteaued at 220 for over a month.)It can be helpful as long as you don't rely on it as your sole hope to lose weight.

I try to read up on it as much as possible but for you more knowledgable people on this board, Is there anything that I should be worried about in the ephedrine free version? Weightloss is important but, not that important. You guys truly are an inspiration as I read these boards all the time but rarely post. (until now) Hopefully I'll be able to contribute as much as you all do.

Re: any good results with New Xenadrine?

V6 Thanks for your reply. Now that I know it works for at least one person I will also try it and see as I also lost with the other xenadrine(with ephedra) but did not like the jittery feeling plus the fact it kept me from sleeping at night. Hopefully this new xenadrine does'nt do any of these.

Re: any good results with New Xenadrine?

My biology teacher was on this since it came out (the one without ephedrine), and has lost 10-15 lbs. She rarely exercises, and it has suppressed her appetite. She is very pleased with this, and she told me about one of her friend that is on this. She was way overweight, and then she showed me a picture of her after she had been on Xenadrine. It was amazing how great she looked.
I'm trying to lose weight, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to get this supplement. I think it will give me the right motivation to eat right and exercise.
Best of luck to you.

Re: any good results with New Xenadrine?

i've been reading these boards for a while, gathering information. i decided to try the xenadrine EFX after months of research. i've been on it for about a week now and i've had no side effects except for a decreased appetite (hallelujah!). i currently do not have a scale, but i have some clothes that are hanging on me better. maybe it's just psychological, but who cares. i feel great! the real test will come with those size 12's that have been in the closet for the last 2 years <IMG SRC="">

Re: any good results with New Xenadrine?

I've been on the Xenadrine EFX for about a week and a half now (I missed two days when I took the kids to Grandmas) I just weighed and found I've gained 1.5 lbs. Am wondering if people have a lag time where the body is adjusting to the supplement. Any input?

Re: any good results with New Xenadrine?

LynnKBF- I am kinda having a difficult time too. I have been taking it for 2 1/2 weeks, and I have only lost 2 lbs. I am really frustrated. I work out, eat right. I only want to lose 10 lbs, and it is taking me a lot longer that I expected. I was hoping it would be that wonder drug that it put out to be. I am almost out of my first bottle, and I am debateing on buying a new one, or trying something new. I don't know if my body is adjusting too or if it just doesn't work for me.

Let me know how it goes for you!

Re: any good results with New Xenadrine?

I started taking Xenadrine EFX 3 days ago. I can tell I have way more energy. I exercise 45 min. dancing/running/aerobic, then I do 15-20 min with crunches/pushups/other little muscle exercises. Then throughout the day I feel great. I feel as if I have the energy to do things around the house. My appetite has decreased, and I eat very little.
This may all be in my head, but if it works, let it be!

I haven't had any luck with the Xenedrine EFX either--I also have gained a few pounds while on it---i've read this in other boards too---I wonder what is going on with it?---- Maybe it just doesn't do anything for some poeple--but i wouldn't think it would make you GAIN!!!! UGGHHH!

Re: any good results with New Xenadrine?

I have been using Xendarine for the past month and have had very good results. I have lost close to 9lbs and am very happy with it. It doesn't have any side effects and gives me the boost I need. I would recommend it to anyone!!!
