Hey everyone, I'm 18 years old, 5'6 and 115 lbs. I'm in shape everywhere and tone and small except my stomach! I know I might be sounding picky and please don't respond with the "You're skinny you don't need to lose any weight!" I get that all the time but I'm really self cautious about my stomach even though everyone thinks it's tiny.
I work out at the gym usually working out my entire lower half, and speed walk the treadmill a mile on a really high incline.
I want my stomach toned and not so.. round looking.. if I suck in it looks almost perfect but I don't want to suck in all the time!
My stomach's hard and I can tell it's the abs under the lower belly fat. And when I do crunches and everything I feel like it will only make it bigger since the muscle gets more pronounced under the fat. How can I get rid of some of it? Will cutting out snacks help? Or more cardio at the gym? I'm limited on what I can do like running or anything crazy because I have bad knees.. And I've noticed it's been getting bigger and flabbier this month.. lol and NO, no chance of being preggo at all
