Skinny but my stomach isn't?. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm 18 years old, 5'6 and 115 lbs. I'm in shape everywhere and tone and small except my stomach! I know I might be sounding picky and please don't respond with the "You're skinny you don't need to lose any weight!" I get that all the time but I'm really self cautious about my stomach even though everyone thinks it's tiny.
I work out at the gym usually working out my entire lower half, and speed walk the treadmill a mile on a really high incline.
I want my stomach toned and not so.. round looking.. if I suck in it looks almost perfect but I don't want to suck in all the time!

My stomach's hard and I can tell it's the abs under the lower belly fat. And when I do crunches and everything I feel like it will only make it bigger since the muscle gets more pronounced under the fat. How can I get rid of some of it? Will cutting out snacks help? Or more cardio at the gym? I'm limited on what I can do like running or anything crazy because I have bad knees.. And I've noticed it's been getting bigger and flabbier this month.. lol and NO, no chance of being preggo at all

try cutting out simple carbohydrates.
simple carbs (white bread, candy, etc) cause a massive increase in insulin levels, and insulin essentially tells your body to "retain fat", and that fat is usually stored in the midsection (stomach).

Are you sure your belly is that big, I suspect you may have an increased lumbar lordosis which will make you look bigger. Anyone in your gym a physicaltherapist or a trainer who is a kinesiologist. It may be you have short psoas muscles which will increase your lumbar curve. If this is the case, when you stand your knees maybe are fully extended instead of slightly unlocked. Have a look side on in a full length mirror.
