Hi I'm new to this my name is Lori and I was actually looking something else up until I came across weight loss and that is a very big issue with me . especially with my back problems and pain. I really need to loose weight and try to exercise.
My husband and I started a week ago doing a weght loss program together, I'm amazed I was able to get him involved with me, I tried before and it didn't work but we are both really in to it this time and I feel very hopeful.
I joined this site because because I have a lot of issue's with my spine and I have been in chronic pain for about 3-4 years now. I will post more on this tomorrow, my husband is yelling for me to turn the light off so we can go to sleep. Goodnight.
