I'm spending 45 minutes on the eliptical and 30 minutes lifting weights mon-thurs and zumba for one hour and lift weights for half an hour on friday, and swim for an hour and half on saturday. I've also been eat lots of fruits and veggies too and hardly eating unhealthy things. i'm 5'9 and weigh 170. would i be able to lose 20-30 lbs by the middle of september by doing that? most of my fat is on my thighs and legs. Any tips?

Lean meats, fish, veggies. No salt, butter. Cut out sugars. You can have fruit but like a half of banana a day or a small apple in the morning. 2lbs a week is normal for weight loss. Here is a tip on how to measure.
meat should be the size of a deck of cards
cheese the size of a stick of gum
cereal the size of a grapefruit (1 cup)
Go without condiments. Drink 8-8ozs of water a day. Don't over do the water. Take a multivitamin a day.
