Hello! Im 5ft and weigh about 54kg. Im heavier around the waist and thighs. Im wanting to lose maybe 2 or 3 kg and tone up a little. I was wondering if anyone could review what I eat and excersize and tell me what I can do to reach my goal.
Monday to Friday I have a low fat yoghurt and skinny flat white for brekkie. Home made soup with a buttered bagel for lunch and a lite n easy microwave meal for tea. In the weekends I have takeaways, peanut butter on toast and coffee.
I walk 45 mins a day, 5 days a week.
Will I reach my 2kg goal like this? What should I change? Thanks for your help!
I don't see why you want to lose weight. You are already at a healthy weight. And it doesn't seem like you eat enough. You shouldn't eat any less than 1200 calories a day. But I understand wanting to tone up...I recommend you eat a little more...maybe add more protein to your diet. And some strength training exercises... < edited >

I'd really recommend eating more fruit, veg and giving yourself more protein. It doesn't really sound like you're eating enough, and what you have listed is kind of worrying. Your walking habit is great and you should definitely keep it up, though!
