Slim, but how do you lose love handles
im male and 20, 6'0, and 185. I'm not trying to lose weight but i can't seem to lose my love handles. I have been working out consistently for 3 weeks/ 6 days a week. 2 days to leg, 2 days to tries,bies, and shoulders, and 2 days to chest and back. I also will run 3 or 4 days for about 2miles/3.2km. I have cut out most fatty foods out of my diet and drink about 80 - 100 oz of water everyday (drinking about 10 oz an hr). I think my main problem is that i eat a lot, but i always have. My metobolism has always been very high, and while i am dieting i feel like i am constently hungry and need to keep eating. I feel my workouts are challenging working out for about an 1hr or so and then running for 25 min. I do work out ads 4 times a week, when i lift upper body I am seeing results in muscular growth but no results in my love handles reduction. I am curious to know is this what i should be doing to lose my love handles or is there some other secret that i just don't know about. I also do not drink protein shakes but i am probably consuming around 60 - 80 grams of protein a day. I'm just not quite sure what to do, so any help would be great thanks!
