Need to lose weight. Not looking to do any crazy diet by taking things out of my everyday diet then when i start eatting again i gain the weight back. I want a realistic diet and realistic exercise plan. Im a 28 yr old female without kids and i want to be healthy before that happens. By the end of high school I was about 160lbs and then went down to about 110lbs with pills-I dont want to lose it that way-i want to be healthy and do things naturally. Im back to 160lbs now! It needs to go! I dont want to be 110 again but i do want to be healthy. What are some good/easy diets? And exercise routines? Please help-I want to feel good again.
