Drinking a lot of water helps for different reasons. 1. it will help you fill full to help avoid feeling hungry and over eatting. 2. It's healthier for your body. Many people find that when they cut soft drinks and sugary drinks out of their diet and replace it with water they feel better, have more energy, and some lose some weight from that alone. Try keeping a journal of what you eat and how you excerise. This helps you keep track of progress. Remember you don't need to weigh yourself daoly, this will drive you nuts! And if you mess up it's not the end of your diet! You simple get right back on your diet wagon and don't look back.
