This is a nice topic to talk about I really want to share my problem about my weight,,,I want to lose this fat is there anyone can advice me,,,,?I do an exercise already every morning but still my weight was not loss..
Weight loss means will power, drive, and math. you need to see what your calorie intake per day is (most recommend 1200 calories a day) and make sure you are burning more calories than you are taking in. Drinking a lot of water helps for different reasons. 1. it will help you fill full to help avoid feeling hungry and over eatting. 2. It's healthier for your body. Many people find that when they cut soft drinks and sugary drinks out of their diet and replace it with water they feel better, have more energy, and some lose some weight from that alone. Try keeping a journal of what you eat and how you excerise. This helps you keep track of progress. Remember you don't need to weigh yourself daoly, this will drive you nuts! And if you mess up it's not the end of your diet! You simple get right back on your diet wagon and don't look back. hope this helps!

MysticDreams>>>do you exercise? What kind of exercise do you do, what intensity, and how often?
villania>>>>>I understand your frustration. I am struggling with weight loss issues too. It is a very hard thing to take the weight off and keep it off for the rest of your life. My mother has been battling her weight for over 40 years now. I am afraid it might be too late for her but I still try to encourage her. It seems nearly impossible to change bad eating habits that you have done for most of your childhood/teen/adult life. The brain has actually become addicted and your body accustomed to the junk food and when you try to change to healthier eating habits and portion control, your mind and body rebel really bad initially. It is almost like you have to go thru a food withdrawal 1st. Good luck in your weight loss quest. I am struggling too.
