searched it on here and last post was like 7 years ago, ouch

I thought it was supposed to be good stuff. I expect answers of no and never heard of it

The product is a fiber supplement. It does not cause weight loss.

partially true, not just a fiber supplement though. When did i say it was for fat loss?

Hello that is the item that Dr. Oz recommended and yes I am currently using it and it helps greatly to make you feel full as I just began WW Points Plus and it does help keep you full so you can eat less and it does not have any bad side affects. If you research it on Google there is nothing but positive info on it.

Anything with enough fiber will help you feel full. However, it won't work for everyone. You have to make sure that always feeling hungry is the reason why you are carrying extra pounds.
