I feel very concerned with my weight. My doctors records indicate that I have gained 40lbs in a year! I find my self constantly eating and cant stopped until I am stuffed full. I have trouble eating normal portions. If i do I still feel hungry. The other night I ate a whole large pizza by myself! Also my cholesterol is high.

A trick I use is to drink 8 oz of water About 30 minutes before each meal. Helps me to feel full more quickly. Make sure that you are getting plenty of exercise in. I find that this helps my mood which in turn helps my constant need to eat. Also make sure that the food you are rafting is not a bunch of empty calories. Empty calories wont fill you up but they sure can fill you out. Good luck, I hope I helped a little.
