Why does this keep happening????
All summer I have been trying to lose weight before school start again.I've been watching my portions, exercising more, and and only eating when I'm actually hungry. But I've only lost maybe one pound. Anytime I used to do this I would lose weight fast but for the past year anytime I try to lose weight im stuck. I always end up being the exact same weight as when I started. It's really making me depressed because im trying really hard but nothings showing. Does anyone have any advice or tips? Thanks.
