I've been working very hard to lose weight for the past three weeks. I'm logging my progress, so I know I've been eating the right amount of calories to lose weight. I've also been exercising (cardio and strength training) several times per week for an hour each time. In addition to all of this, I've been doing the Jillian Michaels Cleanse and Burn, which has given me a lot of energy and makes me feel healthy.
Here is my problem: I've only managed to gain weight! I realize that strength training will cause me to gain weight because I'm building muscle, but I actually gained FOUR pound in 24 hours, and my clothing doesn't fit any better. I'm getting really frustrated and feel like giving up. Any suggestions? I should also mention that I just had a complete blood work-up done and I don't have any thyroid or other issues that could be impacting my weight loss. I've also been eating natural whole foods. Help please!!1
