Hi all, I know you all have heard this a million times but here goes.....I'm 44 yrs old, large physical frame. Am 5'6 and am about 35lbs overweight. where do I start? Stop all sugar maybe? Im large framed like I said, and a size 12-14 would be thin for me. I am currently 16-18 in size. Where do I start? I know there are some experts out there. Any help would be appreciated. I have stage 4 chondromalcia in my knees and weight loss would be a great help to getting around easier. Thanks!
