I'm a busy mom of three children (ages 8,6 and 6 months) and I'm looking to lose my belly fat. That's where I gain my weight and I want to do away with it asap! I am willing to drastically change my diet but, exercise may be holding me back. I don't have much time when I'm kid-free but, I do have an elliptical machine in the garage. I'm looking for some info/support on the best way to go about this. I currently weigh 175 and would like to get to 150. Any suggestions?
