
Hello Everyone,
I work out 1.5 hours a day, except weeknends. I am dedicated to body sculpting (lean, not manly) and extensive cardio (Insanity and Fire). I also run on the treadmill.I use resitance bands, medicine ball, and hand weights for scuplting. I try to eat healthy. I am toned and fit, but would like more definition in my stomache. I would like to lose more inches off my wasist. I work my abs hard and I am seing results, but I would like more definition. What can I do better? Additionally, what's the safest recovery formula and protein suplement to take before, during, and after extensive workouts? Trish
