My name is Nadia.Before 2007 my weigh was 215 pounds.then during 1year I lost 86 pounds.My weigh now 137pounds.I try lost more weigh.I eat vegetables, fruts and yougurts every day.this diet help me keep my weigh and lost more.Also I do my exercises.I walk outside 30min on morning and evening and 10min lift weigh at home.during 3weeks I lost 3pounds.Now I am 137pounds.I try lost more,but it is difficult.How I can increase my metabolism?What I can do for lost more weigh?
