I am in my late tweenties and a busy career lady. I have tried some slimmin tea, change my eating habit and gone to the gym, but still no major difference. I really need help from anyone who have experience changes trying any new herbal or orthodox medicine. .

Get a tonsillectomy. you wont eat for two weeks. im on day three after my tonsillectomy lost five pounds. lol
I have been using a meal replacemtn shake just for women from GNC its purple and has a pick flower on it. I never remember what its called i just go by label. They will know at GNC if you ask. Its really good and you mix with milk or water. I dont eat breakfast and then eat alot at supper. its called the sumo diet DONT DO THIS. So he recomended this shake. it gives me all the vitamins ad minerals ive been missing by not eating breakfests and is a meal replacer so it fills you up and only take two seconds to prepare. im a busy college student with two college boys living with me so they dont eat healthy i stick to my shakes instead. i was 143 in three weeks down to 127 now with this throat recovery im 119. still eat good meals but smaller snack like meals through the day. packing stuff the day before is great bring it to work. no wastin money at starbucks either. try to fit it a bit of cardio if you can. dont take medicines. they dont you justice. sitting in an office chair squeeze your cheeks it works your glutes, or when your restess tap your feet on the ground as well as taking the stairs makes a huge diff. if ou want that fast of results i suggest hydroxycut/max. thi works but it contains caffine so it might cause a bit of anxiety if your not used to caffine. dont stress working out yet, diet it 90% cardio 10%. try and focus on buying easy food to prepare for daily intake the next day. i cut down on my sodium intake as well, dont worry about calories its all bull crap calories is what keeps you going it energy from the sun take them in just use them wisely for busy days. hope some of that helped you i have lots of info. anymmore questions message me anytime you like i'll be on here alot for the nest few weeks.
basically i stop eating meals and or big portions at six o clock the random snack like fruit or what not is fine but our metabolism slows at night and it will store the carbs etc while your sleeping since your not using their energy. try keeping food to a minimum after 6-630. if you go out or supper or whatnot take a small walk to use that energy up or even just walkl around the house. keep the meals for 5 30-6 and leave it at that i wuld suggest.
