I have started working out since the last 1.5 months. I workout 6 days (3 days strength training and 3 days cardio) a week with one day rest. I have been seeing positive results and have lost some tummy fat..However, my double chin and cheeks still are as big as they were.
It's not been too long since I started working out, however I expected that my double chin would slowly started reducing too - but there is no difference at all! It looks quite unhealthy..
