which diet?

hi there, my name is Sheryl and I weigh, at the moment 10st 9lb. I was on a calorie controlled diet for about 3 months and lose a stone which I was happy about. But then it was my birthday and I put on half a stone, then went back on the calorie diet and was sooo hungry inbetween meals that I change my diet to the slimming world diet. This will be my 5th day on the diet and ive put on 4lb's!?Just want to know am I wasting my time on slimming world because you dont count calories on this diet so I'd hate to think how many caloires im consuming.

First I will begin by saying that going up and down is not good, because your system is not constant. you need to be more stable.
Second. eat meals with fresh and organic ingredients so your weight doesn't go up and down.
And Three stay away from process, fast food, and if you can conventional food.
