hi there, my name is Sheryl and I weigh, at the moment 10st 9lb. I was on a calorie controlled diet for about 3 months and lose a stone which I was happy about. But then it was my birthday and I put on half a stone, then went back on the calorie diet and was sooo hungry inbetween meals that I change my diet to the slimming world diet. This will be my 5th day on the diet and ive put on 4lb's!?Just want to know am I wasting my time on slimming world because you dont count calories on this diet so I'd hate to think how many caloires im consuming.
