Thumbs up Starting to lose some weight alkalizing....

I've been reading Dr. Donald Hayes book on how to alkalize the diet and the body and have started to get some results. I hope it keeps up--I have a good feeling about it!

Re: Starting to lose some weight alkalizing....

No matter what you eat the food in your stomach is acidic and the food in your intestine is alkaline. Modifying your diet won't change the PH of your body.
