New to board, my story

Well I hope I didn't break any rules already here goes. I am on a quest to loose my belly fat. Now I will be honest I drink allot of beer, I also work sitting down and fit in minimal excersize per day. I walk more than anything and jog a few times a week. I am 6'2" 160 lb. I know what your thinking that doesn't sound too bad. The problem is my stupid dumb belly. I need help I can't live with my belly anymore.

stop drinking! you're jogging and walking and putting those calories straight back into your body as soon as you have one can/bottle of beer.
Also, try ab crunches and sit ups, and core exercises to try and get rid of your belly! Alcohol seems to go straight there though, and it really is empty calories!
