Weight loss/muscle gain for Teenager.
Hey all, new to the forum. I work full time in a small office as a computer engineer and have found my self to start getting a bit bigger and flabby, and so i would like some help!
I used to cycle to work and back (3/4miles each way) and since have bought a motorcycle - we do not have showers/changing rooms in work so it was becoming very inconvenient.
I think I need some sort of strict plan/roaster, IE what I should eat on what days, and what exercise I should do. I enjoy cooking and am not at all fussy with food! I just need some sort of rough plan on what i should be eating.
Last time i checked i was 2 stone over-weight for a 17 year old. I would like to lose some of this 'flab' i have, tighten up, and increase my health.
