I need help with diet/exercise!

I'm a 19 year old female that weighs 120 lbs and am 5'2. I have been dieting with no results. For breakfast, I eat 1 small bagel with 2 tbsp peanut butter and 12 oz of coffee with 1 tbsp original creamer. I have an apple for a snack. For lunch, I eat a large romaine salad with oil and vinegar dressing, 3 oz. of roasted chicken breast, and 1/4 cup croutons. I have another apple for a snack. For dinner, I have 3 oz. chicken again, one small salad with oil and vinegar, green beans, and corn. It says to eat pasta but I rarely do. I need an exercise routine to lose 15 lbs in hopefully 2 months! (Less would be even better)Any suggestions? Thanks!

Actually, your weight doesn't seem TOO bad judging from how tall you are.

I don't think you need to drop down to 105 lbs or less. Are you muscular at all? Do you lift any weights? Because sometimes when people are athletic/workout, they tend to weigh more on the scale, but their body is more toned, silm, and lean.

You're only 19 years old, and unless you're grossly overweight, I wouldn't try to be "dieting" at such a young age.

Just focus on eating HEALTHY foods that are good for you, eat a lot of veggies and fruits, and drink LOTS of water and exercise about 2-3x a week. Also...if I were you, I would skip the coffee. Coffee & caffeine is nothing but a diruetic. It will rid your body of needed water. Water helps you lose weight, and is great for your cells, organis, etc. So, just do those things and you should be fine.

May I ask...what made you decide to lose weight in only 2 months? Dr's advice? An event coming up? Just curious.....
