Frustrated

I am new here but frustrated. Why can I eat what a normal person would and still be hungry. And I eat high protein meals with lower carbs. but still feel like I am starving. I mean I eat a normal amount of calories

you should try eating several small meals. I eat two or three apples and bananas and nuts and such between meals...healthy snacks will do it for you.
