I have tried to loose weight through exercise by working out 4-5 times/wk with cardio-training but to no avail. Recently, I started cutting off my dinner time to about 8pm and nothing else afterwards.Noticeably, I'm loosing 1lb every day effortlessly! It just needs a little self-regulation and descipline!It works folks!! Hope it helps someone..
You must be consistent in doing exercise. Patience is needed. I know you did the right job. To decrease your weight is not easy, you must be patient and wait after 2-3 months before seeing the good result.
