Question overweight n miserable

hello everyone,
im 41 yrs old and very obese and miserable... i weigh 210 lbs and im 5'3 n im 75 lbs obese.... i have very low metoblolism and no energy..... im on pristiq and trazodone for depression and levothroid for low thyroid and a hysterectomy, estrogen for hormones, and other meds, which none of that helps me out any, l..... i luv to eat and i stay hungry... im every kind of emotional eatter there is so that dont help either... i cant breathe and im miserable and im soo sooo tired of it... i need something to help control my appitte... any suggestions.... i know there is no fast diet that helps. i was on adipex and lost 60 lbs and gained it back plus more... i have also lost 60 lbs once before and i have no idea how i did that.. as i get older it gets harder.. i just have no will power, motivation or energy... any advice? or do u know of anything that will help with the appitte thats not expensive and works?? help....

I'm not sure what will work for you but you have described a common problem. Fat cells are living things that strive for survival. Using hormones, they send messages to the brain calling for food. So there's no doubt that you have to put in a lot of effort to overcome this.

One thing you can do, that you might not even miss, is to eliminate anything that contains a lot of saturated fat and instead get your fat from a good quality oil like extra virgin olive oil. This should make it easier to control your hunger.
