Hey all, I'm 18- Male, 6'3" and a little over 300 lbs. I really want to turn my life around and get back to the 180-200lb range, but I have no clue where to start.
I've always been a large guy, even in elementary school. I have 8 months before I head off to college, I'd like to be well on my way to a healthy goal by then.
If anyone can help me out and give me some tips that'll help me progress toward my goal, please reply
