What kind of exercise are you doing? Working out daily at 24 Hour Fitness? Study confirms the overall research findings that dietary change, specifically eating less fat, produces more weight loss than changes in exercise. If you want to loose weight quicker than eat less fat product. The process can be quicker if you exercise each day, but if you just exercise alone it's going to take forever. I hate how Fitness Models always promote a workout system that promises to help you lose weight when the truth about getting a flat/sexy stomach is eating right.
