cinnamon
Hi everyone, i"am new to the board. Does anyone have any info on the benefits of cinnamin ? I have seen dramactic results an wondering about the long term benefits of taking cinnamin. Im not on any meds, i exercise regularly and low carb it 85% of the time. I ate 3 meals today(50 carbs) and my bs is still under 100 two hrs after my last meal. I did a cntrol test on my meter and it appears to b working fine. Need feedback for the new guy
