Smile Good carbs/Healthy eating

Hi Everyone,
I'm getting a bit frustrated. I've always eaten relatively healthy (I'm a vegetarian so there's no chicken/red meat in my diet). I stick to whole grains for the most part and I'm a big fan of fruits and vegetables.

Recently I've gained 15 pounds (within the last year). I'm trying to change my diet as well as incorporating cardio and weights - although I haven't had much success.

I think it's been hard to stick to a routine. Any tips? When do you usually begin to see changes in your body?

basically im going to make a suggestion listen to what i say and i promise
you will see amazing results in no time

every morning do treadmill ( on a carb depleated stomach only, meaning no food only water in your system untill after the treadmill)
do that treadmill for 30 minutes uphill do not run ( you dont want to be on the list for a knee replacement)

and after a month youre results will keep you going back to the gym you will not have to find a motivator....
