basically im going to make a suggestion listen to what i say and i promise
you will see amazing results in no time
every morning do treadmill ( on a carb depleated stomach only, meaning no food only water in your system untill after the treadmill)
do that treadmill for 30 minutes uphill do not run ( you dont want to be on the list for a knee replacement)
and after a month youre results will keep you going back to the gym you will not have to find a motivator....
