So I am going on week 3 of being injured...an injury I now know is a femoral stress fracture. Not running is killing me!!!!! I am still making it to the gym everyday and logging about 75min on elliptical (with incline and resistance), plus strength training.I am also keeping up with my 1300 cal a day plan. However, I am just not able to be on me feet as much and am sure am not gettingsame calorie burn at gym. Should I be worried about gaining weight? I certainly am!!!
