For years and years I haven't really drank much, I only drink about 3 glasses of water a day and thats it, my parents have always told me its bad, but I never really feel the need to drink so I just forget to.
But now I have been looking into dieting, I was wondering if rather then fat, it could be water retention that is my problem?
Has anyone else been like this?
Will starting to drink 8 glasses of water a day help?
