Do you think i'll lose 20 pounds by the end of June?
I don't eat junkfood and I only drink water.
For breakfast I either have multigrain cereal, a bagel with peanut butter, eggs, or a veggie burger.
For lunch I either have a slice of cheese pizza or apples with peanut butter.
For dinner it all depends on what my mother makes.
But I still consume a 1,200 calorie diet.
I also have softball almost everyday and we run a mile every practice and condition.
Is this a good diet/plan to lose 20 pounds by the end of June?
I am a 15 year old girl, 140 pounds, 5'4
