Hi all!I am 43 years old and was up to my highest weight ever which was 140 when i started my diet about a month or so ago.I am eating alot healthier and staying under 1200 calories a day.I also start (brisk) walking 30 minutes a day.This morning i got on the scale and it read 133...imagine my excitement!!! Then after walking and eating a bowl of special k with strawberries i weighed 136.Which one do i go by???? thanks!
I always weigh myself first thing every morning before I eat or drink that way every week I get an accurate reading. It's funny if you weigh yourself and have a coffee you can be a couple of lbs up afterwards. Well done on your weightless.
you should try and weigh youself only once a week at the same time its best when you first get up in the morning
its best to avoid weighing yourself twice in a day
