| Do you think i'll lose 15-20 pounds by the end of June?
I have softball through monday-friday and we run a mile at the beginning of practice every day.
I have cheerleading conditioning on wednesday and thursdays from 5:30 - 7:00, we run for probably 15 minutes or so, and then we condition (push ups, ab workouts, mountain climbers, exc.)
I also go running on every sunday for atleast 20 minutes.
I consume a 1,000 calorie diet almost everyday, some days its a little more then that.
I only drink water and tea.
I don't eat any junkfood expect for every once in a while.
My BMR is around 1,500.
I'm a female, 5'5, 143 pounds.
Do you think i'll lose 15-20 pounds by the end of June?
