Hi everyone, I'm turning 17 next month and over the past year or so I've lost around 14% of my body weight, dropping from 210 pounds to 180 pounds. Now I consider this a good change but the interesting thing is that I didn't make any changes in my lifestyle. The weight just magically lost itself. I don't feel any different about the change at all, but I've definitely noticed that I've gotten smaller. Could anyone help explain to me why this might have happened?
But that's the thing. My weight isn't changing because of a change in my lifestyle. I'm still eating the same, exercising the same, and I'm not taking diet pills. I haven't made any changes in my daily routine.
