Weight loss and breast size

Hello everyone. I have a question. At my heaviest I weighed 310 lbs and because of that my breasts started sagging to the point that they just laid on my stomach when I stood erect. Through eating better and regular excercise I have been steadily losing weight and am down to 294 lbs. with a goal weight of 150 lbs. as suggested by my doctor. However. I am wondering if my breasts will also "perk up" as I lose weight. I like my cup size, but will my breasts shrink up a little so they are not as saggy?

Thanks a lot.

Re: Weight loss and breast size

While I'm no expert (being a guy), I did have a female friend who spent a year dropping off about 10 lbs; she's actually now a pro. body builder.

Anyway, she went from a C cup down to a very low A cup, so probably? Again, I'm not an expert on this heh.

Re: Weight loss and breast size

when you loose weight, ur breasts do go down i know that...theres a machine at the gym you can do to help you perk them its a sit down chest press...or use free weights, hope this helps !

Re: Weight loss and breast size

Well, it depends on a bunch of factors, but they should definitely get smaller - the issue is if they stay saggy or not. Honestly, if you're 294, the perkiness your breast should be your least concern. Once you get back to 150, lets see then.
