College kid wondering about meal replacement/fat burners
Im 20 years old and after this past year of college ive put on a some lbs. i dont have the confidence to go to the gym to work out in front of ppl. i want to just run everyday, but i dont have the confidence to run around my city because ppl i know will see me and i also dont want to go to the local gym for that same reason. i am looking into getting some sort of supplements like fat burners or meal replacements. whats ur opinions on those? r they helpful and actually work? ive cut out all fast food and eating out because thats what got me here in the first place, since im in college and cant really cook the only options i had were fast food. and im also trying to gain some confidence to workout, but in the mean time would a meal replacement or fat burner supplement be beneficial? or do i really need to be exercising to get any effects?
