I like videos. Jillian Michael's "Ripped in 30" is a nice half hour program that incorporates resistance training, cardio and abdominal work and is nicely balanced. Beachbody's "Insanity" program is a very intense cardio workout. You can get just one disc called "Insanity Fast and Furious" that is a quick 20 minute workout if you're on a budget. I like Tabata and HIIT and both systems work really well.
