Well RRichards151, I'm 17 and weigh 235 lbs. I know how you feel. Walking, jogging, and even running around the block is a great way to burn calories and lose weight. And if you have a dog its even better because they love getting out. I tried doing those things with my dog, but where I have bunions that have to be removed its hard for me to walk, jog, or even run for extended periods of time.
