A food diary isn't the only "write way" to lose weight. Sit down with pen and paper and list the poor eating and health habits you have. Then brainstorm for solutions that will work for you ... remember, small changes make a big difference.
Keep that list and check off each habit that you kick. Make that checkmark a contract with yourself to never revert to that old habit again. Then, acknowledge your success with a reward!
I started using the chia seeds a week ago. I suspect I will start feeling what this seed is supposed to be about. The biggest part is it claims to make you feel fuller, to eat less and start losing weight. Also to help increase the metabolism and energy. I will repost in about a week to let you know my progress.
Just curious if anyone here has used a product called "Skinny Seeds" and if so, how were the results?
I really enjoy skinny seeds. They have been good to me. I usually take them before each meal. I wanted something that was natural and was scared of taking another pill. I have lost some weight with them and I love the nutrition that I get from them.
