Losing belly fat/chest fat?

Hi, I'm 16 and I'm quite ashamed of my body as it is quite fat in the stomach and chest area, also upper thighs -.-
I was wondering, is there any good diets I could try for my age and also any exercises I could do around the house/garden?

Girls,

Your body fat could be heridetary,,,however in spite of that, start eating low fat foods, little or no white bread, white rice, potatoes and NO sugary carbonated drinks. Also walk, walk, walk if you are not going to a gym.

Hey I'm a male. And I live in Asia where the main food in daily meals is....rice Should I stop eating it ?

I can relate...wher I'm from the main food is also rice, so it will be difficult to give it up, just do small amounts as much as you can and excercise often.

You're still very young and you're body is just starting to develop. Anyway, when I was your age, I always go on low-carb foods like less rice and more protein and veggies. I also do brisk walking or running every morning.
