Losing weight but can't seem to tone flab
I have been losing weight through a combo of diet and exercise. My exercise is mostly walking/hiking, and 5lb hand weights. I have lost 21 pounds so far, in approx 2 months. I have embarrassing loose flab on the backs of my upper arms, and I was wondering if this is ever going to go away? Does anyone have any exercises they could recommend to help with this area? I am not expecting any huge changes in only 2 months, but I haven't seen ANY change at all, even with 20+ lbs gone. I also have a similar problem with the belly area, but not as much. I use the hand weights for my upper arms about every other day, but I don't really know how to do any proper arm exercises.
