I want to lose weight!

hi i kinda over weight and i wanna loose like 30lbs but everything i've tried FAIL i even gain 10lbs while doing a yogurt and fresh salad diet any advice from anyone PLEASEEEE!!! and also does lipozene work?

I think there's something wrong with your diet. Liposuction may work but natural way is much better. Regular exercise and proper diet can help you loose weight. You may also ask a doctor help to advice you on what to intake and avoid to loose weight.

Eat 1200-1400 nutrient rich calories a day. Use a food journal. No fad diets. Eat fruit, vegetables, nuts, olive oil, lean meat, fish, whole grains, and low-fat dairy. Avoid sugary foods, pasta, white rice, white potatoes, and white bread. Do some strenght training 2-5 times a week and aerobic workouts 5-6 times a week.

Liposuction is so permanent and I had a good friend do it and not be happy with her results. Therefore, I have resorted to trying wraps to help tone the skin first before making long term changes to my body and spending all of that money!

I've had some slow, but significant success in the good old exercise route. I've dropped around 35 pounds in about 6 months. I make better food choices, I pass on dessert, I eat an apple or a plum instead of grabbing a pack of cookies. I eat a lot of fish instead of burgers. I cut back on my sodium intake significantly.

And most importantly, I walk 2-3 miles on the treadmill 5-6 days a week. I just come home from work, grab my earbuds and hop on for an hour or so before I eat dinner.

It's plenty doable, without having to cut out things that you enjoy eating. It just takes patience, and the desire to stick to it. I've noticed that it's the choices that I make when eating, like not having a second helping of something, or eating carrot sticks as a midnight snack instead of a bowl of cereal that seem insignificant, but have obviously helped in the long run.

You could buy a refrigerator lock. I am not joking, they make them and they cost about $25.00, and are easy to install. One can have better success with them if they live alone. In addition, it can help to purchase foods that you do not like, as if a person does not particularly like what they are eating, they will eat less of it. I have bought food in the past that I don't like that much, and it can help with overeating.

Do some regular exercises as well. Balanced diet and exercise should go along to have an effective weight loss.
