weight loss program

well am 23 years old am 6 ft tall and my weight is 250 lbs , i tried everything to lose some weight harsh gym exercise included , weight lifting but nothing worked for me . can anyone advise me how to effectively lose some weight in two monthes ? i got a great physical endurance and i ll take whatever advice you tell me. thanks.

Are you eating the right food? It is not enough to just exercise, but not having a proper diet.
